Installation guide:
- Placement: Ideally, place the chip on the back of the cell phone, under the phone case for optimal performance. If the chip doesn’t fit under your hard phone case, use a soft phone case, such as a rubber or silicone case
- Compatible Cases: The SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Series Case is recommended and should fit Androids, iPhones, and almost any other make and model cell phone. However, for iPhone models 12, 13, and 14, and other “MagSafe” iPhones, the “iCell Chip” product should be used instead of the “Cell Chip”

Orientation: The chip can be placed on either side and should not be placed between the phone battery and anything metal or magnetic. It is not recommended to use a magnetic hanging phone system. If the chip is outside of the phone case, it will still work but slightly less than its full potential
- Warnings: Do not use the chip with cordless chargers, as they could heat up the metal circular discs in the product. The chip is fragile, so be gentle and do not bend it. It is made as thin as possible to fit under many phone cases
- Additional Suggestions: It is suggested to use clear or scotch tape to hold the chip in place, then put the case over it. It is not recommended to use a Bluetooth headset that cannot be fully remediated. Instead, use a wired headset
