Return unopened products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of product. Lifegivingstore.com is not responsible for return postage. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return opened products within 60 days of purchase for a 50% refund. Lifegivingstore.com is not responsible for return postage. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
EMF Mitigation Products
No Reason Needed for Return: Customers are not required to provide a reason for returning EMF Mitigation products, as long as the products are postmarked or dropped off at a carrier location by the 60th day after purchase.
Return Instructions: First, please email email@example.com to notify Life Giving Store LLC that you will be returning products. Next, mail the products along with a copy of the receipt, your name, address, and order number to our returns address. Also include all original packaging.
Upon Receipt: After inspecting returned items, we will refund the purchase price minus a 3% restocking fee within 30 days of receiving the return, often within 1 week. Refunds go back to the original payment method. You must follow the return instructions properly to receive a refund. Refunds are not given for damaged or unusable products. On returns, the buyer pays shipping costs both ways, so any shipping costs originally paid by Life Giving Store LLC will be deducted from the refund amount.
Light Therapy & Hydrogen Generators
Return product within 60 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from product refund. Lifegivingstore.com is not responsible for return postage. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

- Shipping is responsibility of customer, no shipping charges will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
- Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of receipt of product. Returns shipped after 60 days will not be accepted.
- Returns must be received in like new condition, with original packaging and accessories. If return is damaged or missing components it could be subject to additional fees. Fees will be deducted from refund amount.
- All returns will be processed and inspected within 14 working days of receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all orders that are refused or unclaimed at the carrier level and returned to Lifegivingstore.com. If you ship via DHL please be aware that we are charged for the shipment when it is returned to us. This charge is the responsibility of the customer.
