All products sold on this website are protected by relevant copyright, trademarks, and patents recognized and enforced worldwide. As such, the reproduction, reverse engineering, and use as a source material or starting point for developing derivative products is a violation of US federal law unless explicit permission has been obtained in advance, in writing. Life Giving Store LLC warrants that the products listed above and sold through our online system will be merchantable and free from material defects. Life Giving Store LLC makes no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. If you are not satisfied with a product, including if it is found to be defective, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which governs and offers a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Life Giving Store LLC shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from the improper use of this product. In addition, Life Giving Store LLC shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or business opportunities.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivering it. If your package is delayed, lost, damaged or stolen in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion, in line with our Refund Policy.

If merchandise is missing, damaged, delayed, confiscated or modified, please contact us; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, and a claim with the shipping carrier may also be needed. You should buy shipping insurance if you feel you need it, please contact us if you decide to insure your package. A processed order usually ships within one business day. For temporarily out of stock items or delayed shipments, you will be contacted by e-mail. Our website does not display quantities available because the turnover is continuous. If an item is permanently unavailable or discontinued, the charge will be voided or a complete refund will be made to your card. We will notify you if this occurs.

Unless otherwise noted, all items ship directly from our warehouse in Florida, USA. There is a default shipping method/carrier (e.g. USPS) for both domestic (within US) and international packages. There are alternative shipping method/carrier options available, UPS and DHL. Contact us via e-mail for alternative shipping method / carrier, special orders or larger orders that you think warrant an insurance. Our automatic shipping quote tool does not take into consideration OVERSIZED items, therefore extra charges apply to large/odd size boxes. All shipments are sent prepaid. If the estimated shipping/handling charges substantially exceed actual costs, we will contact you. For international orders, actual shipping may exceed estimates.

We contact customers about shipping surcharges and reserve the right to assess these additional charges. Surcharges can include UPS/DHL address correction fees billed to us when customers give incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Delivery confirmation numbers and tracking numbers are provided via e-mail for most orders if accurate e-mail addresses are provided when orders are placed. E-mails are sometimes blocked by anti-spam software from some e-mail services. Add paypal.com and lifegivingstore.com as an acceptable sender. If you did not receive a tracking number within a few days of placing an order please check your spam filter/folder first before you contact us.

If tracking or a signed delivery receipt shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 14 days. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and look at each case individually. Replacements or refunds for packages marked delivered are at our discretion.

It is the sole responsibility of the client/buyer to ensure that the items ordered from our online store are permissible for mailing/receipt in the destination country. We assume absolutely no responsibility for issues arising due to ordering prohibited/restricted items and any subsequent customs/legal issues in the destination or transit countries. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.

Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs regulations, fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order MAY be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. If a package is lost in transit, confiscated by authorities, damaged or stolen, please contact us; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, and the issue may also need to be taken up with the carrier or the local postal, customs, or law enforcement authorities.

All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. Under no circumstances shall Life Giving Store LLC, or any associated affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

Any sale will otherwise be denied, or orders canceled if sale went through somehow. We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to unqualified customers. In no event shall Life Giving Store LLC or its affiliates be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, strict liability or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of products to purchaser, which sales we would not otherwise make, purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Life Giving Store LLC or any of its affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchasers handling and/or use of purchased product.
