Amount Of Grass-Fed Lactoferrin Per Scoop

  • Orange Scoop Small Side: Approximately 15mg with heaping scoop
  • Orange Scoop Large Side: Approximately 30mg with heaping scoop
  • White Scoop:  Approximately 60mg with one level scoop

For week one, you should take one 15 mg dose once per day, which is the amount you can scoop with the small side of the orange scoop. In week two, you should increase the dosage to one heaping scoop using the large side of the orange scoop with each of your three daily meals.

Regarding detox symptoms, these can vary from person to person but often include flu-like symptoms, fatigue, or changes in bowel movements. If you experience any of these symptoms in a way that feels too intense, it is advisable to reduce your dosage by half.

**If at anytime detox symptoms get to strong immediately cut your dose in half. If after 2 or 3 days there is no relief from detox symptoms again cut your dose in half. So far so good

I think it takes longer than 30 days to experience substantial benefits from a new supplement, but it really only takes a few days to experience negative side effects, especially for one that has potential to affect the microbiome.
