Taurine supplement

The product seems to be of high quality. I need longer term use of it to discern its effectiveness, but have noticed positive experiences of greater physical energy, and sleep enhancement. We'll see what continued use brings.

I have not had time to create an evaluation. I was curious about the lack of help on recommended useage. Just 500mg doesn't tell me the amount relative to a t-spoon,for example. How frequent during the day, once - twice??

Hi Donald, thank you for your feedback. Per the instructions on our website and also on the packaging we suggest 500mg twice a day. As for measuring it with a spoon that can be a bit tricky since the crystals are very dense, a small amount can make a big difference. We suggest to use a precision milligram scale to weigh it like we carry on our site. However, if you have no scale then a using an 1/8th of a teaspoon measuring device and fill it about 3/4 full will get you close to 500 milligrams.
