Please note that this “Cell Chip” is designed for all cell phones except iPhone 12, 13, and 14 (or potentially any future models that utilize “MagSafe” or other magnetic technology inside the phone)
It comes with 60-day no hassle returns. It is compatible with nearly all cell phones, including 5G models, except for “MagSafe” iPhones. For iPhones, please refer to the specific instructions below. EMF Solutions products are meticulously hand-crafted using a special plant-based resin, so some imperfections may be visible due to the nature of the resin. To attach, it is recommended to place the product under the phone case, fitting under soft cases like rubber or silicone, and some hard cases. For optimal quality and flexibility, consider using a high-quality, flexible case.
Caution: Do not use with cordless chargers, as they may heat up the metal circular discs in the chip. Also, avoid using it with a Metal Plate Magnetic Cell Phone Holder. Please note that the Cell Chip is not compatible with foldable smartphones; for such phones, the Laptop Chip should be used. Importantly, the Cell Chip is not suitable for iPhones 12, 13, and 14, or any other phones with “MagSafe” technology. For these phones, our “iCell Chip” is the appropriate solution.

Installation guide:
- Placement: Ideally, place the chip on the back of the cell phone, under the phone case for optimal performance. If the chip doesn’t fit under your hard phone case, use a soft phone case, such as a rubber or silicone case
- Compatible Cases: The SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Series Case is recommended and should fit Androids, iPhones, and almost any other make and model cell phone. However, for iPhone models 12, 13, and 14, and other “MagSafe” iPhones, the “iCell Chip” product should be used instead of the “Cell Chip”
- Orientation: The chip can be placed on either side and should not be placed between the phone battery and anything metal or magnetic. It is not recommended to use a magnetic hanging phone system. The best fit is under the case.
- Warnings: Do not use the chip with cordless chargers, as they could heat up the metal circular discs in the product. The chip is fragile, so be gentle and do not bend it. It is made as thin as possible to fit under many phone cases
- Additional Suggestions: It is suggested to use clear or scotch tape to hold the chip in place, then put the case over it. It is not recommended to use a Bluetooth headset, which can’t be fully addressed by any single EMF product. Instead, use a wired headset
