Hydrogen-rich water for recovery support, made in minutes in a glass bottle you can take anywhere.
- Hydrogen-rich water, fast. One press runs a 5-minute cycle. Two presses run 10 minutes. Longer cycles put more hydrogen in the water.
- Recovery support. People reach for it after training and long, hard days.
- An easy habit. Fill, press, drink. Hydrogen fades over time, so drink it within an hour.
- Glass, not plastic. The bottle is borosilicate glass. It doesn't hold on to tastes or odors, it's easy to clean, and you can watch the hydrogen bubbles rise.
- More water per fill. The 400 mL bottle is bigger than many hydrogen bottles.
- Use your own bottle. The base also screws onto a suitable store-bought drinking-water bottle.
- That little hiss is a good sign. Hydrogen builds slight pressure under the cap, so drink soon after opening.
Why it fits bioenergetic, low-toxin living. The solid polymer electrolysis (SPE) cell uses a DuPont® proton exchange membrane (PEM). Hydrogen goes up into your water. Oxygen and by-products such as chlorine and ozone are separated out and vented away. The plates are platinum-coated titanium, not bare steel, and your water only touches glass.
Independently tested. We sent water made by this generator to an outside lab, IEH Analytical Laboratories in Seattle. No aluminum, titanium, chromium, nickel, molybdenum or nitrate was detected. See the results.
Low upkeep. No filters or cartridges. Run self-clean once a week and descale once or twice a month with a little vinegar or citric acid.
Maker's specs: H₂ above 1.8 ppm (5-minute cycle) and above 2.5 ppm (10-minute cycle). ORP −450 to −750 mV.
Rechargeable over USB (5 V / 1 A); the battery is rated for about 400 charges. 67 mm wide × 225 mm tall (2.6" × 9"), 544 g (1.2 lb).
One-year warranty on parts and labor. 60-day no hassle returns.

Third-party tested by us. On top of the maker's certificate of analysis, we hired IEH Analytical Laboratories in Seattle, Washington, to test water made by this generator. They tested for aluminum, titanium, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and nitrate. None was detected. Read the write-up and see the lab results.
• Platinum-coated titanium electrode plates • DuPont® SPE/PEM membrane • 400 mL borosilicate glass bottle • No filters or cartridges to replace
How long does the hydrogen last? Drink within an hour; hydrogen leaves the water over time.
Which water should I use? Any clean drinking water, at room temperature.
Do I need filters? No. Just self-clean weekly and descale monthly.
Why is it wet when it arrives? It ships wet on purpose to protect the membrane.
My readings are low at first. Give it about a week of regular use to break in.
How many charges does the battery get? About 400.
Hydrogen-rich water is ordinary water carrying dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂). Most human studies look at exercise and recovery.
Hydrogen-rich water before exercise
Botek M, Krejčí J, McKune AJ, et al. (2019). Hydrogen Rich Water Improved Ventilatory, Perceptual and Lactate Responses to Exercise. Int J Sports Med 40(14):879-885. PMID 31574544. In a double-blind crossover study of 12 healthy men, 600 mL of hydrogen-rich water before exercise lowered blood lactate and perceived effort at higher intensities.
Two weeks of hydrogen-rich water
Da Ponte A, Giovanelli N, Nigris D, Lazzer S (2018). Effects of hydrogen rich water on prolonged intermittent exercise. J Sports Med Phys Fitness 58(5):612-621. PMID 28474871. Trained cyclists held their peak sprint power through repeated sprints after two weeks of hydrogen-rich water; on plain water it dropped.
Elite athletes
Aoki K, Nakao A, Adachi T, et al. (2012). Pilot study: Effects of drinking hydrogen-rich water on muscle fatigue caused by acute exercise in elite athletes. Med Gas Res 2:12. PMID 22520831. A small pilot study linked hydrogen-rich water to lower blood lactate during hard exercise.

Bioenergetic & low-toxin perspective
“[The dehydrogenase] enzymes can actually use gaseous hydrogen as a substrate. And these can not only provide biological energy, but they can have the same effect on suppressing free radical activity that running your mitochondria under an ordinary glucose and thyroid system would produce.” Asked whether molecular hydrogen tablets or generators might be worth trying, he answered: “Yeah, or just sniffing gas out of a little tank of hydrogen.” — Ray Peat, PhD, in a 2020 interview (Meat Body & Soul podcast)
From a low-toxin point of view, what matters is what touches your water: here that's glass and platinum-coated titanium, with oxygen and by-products vented away by the membrane, and an outside lab found no metals or nitrates in the result.
Note: These are small studies, and none used this device. This information is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Never run it without water in the bottle. Use only clean drinking water: no hot, carbonated, or other drinks, and no ice. Don't freeze it, refrigerate it, submerge it, or use chemical cleaners. Keep it out of direct sun and heat. Loosen the lid after more than two cycles in a row. Keep the USB port covered. Don't unplug it with wet hands. Keep away from children, pets, heat, and flames.
