Steady energy from your food and everyday vitality, from the B vitamin behind NAD.
Energy from your food. Niacin becomes NAD and NADP, the coenzymes your cells use to turn carbs, fats and protein into fuel.
Steady, everyday vitality.
Helps your body use carbs, fats and protein.
Normal nerve function support.
Why it fits bioenergetic living. NAD is at the heart of cellular energy, and a well-fed, energized body uses a lot of it. A clean, single-ingredient niacin is a simple way to cover that B vitamin.
What you get:
USP-grade nicotinic acid, sourced from the USA. Other ingredients: none.
Powder with a scoop, 125 g or 500 g. A little goes a very long way.
The flushing kind. Warm, pink skin for a while after a serving is normal and passes.
How to start: Less than a level .15cc scoop, after a meal, stirred into water or juice. It may not fully dissolve; drink it all.
Raising slowly: Work up over a week or two to the label serving, 60 mg (1 level .15cc scoop), after a meal.
About the flush: Warm, red, or tingly skin for a while is the normal niacin flush, not an allergy. Starting lower and taking it after food keeps it gentler. Taking it on an empty stomach usually makes the flush stronger.
If it feels like too much: If the flush is uncomfortable or you feel off, take less and talk with your healthcare provider.
No GMO’s, soy, gluten, corn, dairy, tree nuts, fillers, or flow agents
Packaged in a resealable bag with scoop included
How much per scoop? 60 mg niacin (as nicotinic acid), 375% DV. 2,083 servings (125 g) · 8,333 servings (500 g).
Will it flush? It can. Nicotinic acid is the flushing form. Taking it after a meal and starting low helps; an empty stomach makes it stronger.
What about "flush-free" niacin or niacinamide? Different forms. This is plain nicotinic acid, the original.
Does it dissolve? Not completely. Stir and drink it all.
What else is in it? Nothing. No GMOs, soy, gluten, corn, dairy, tree nuts, fillers, or flow agents.

Why nicotinic acid causes a warm flush: it acts on a specific receptor in the skin.
Bioenergetic & low-toxin perspective
Ray Peat valued niacin as a protective, anti-stress vitamin.
"Aspirin and niacin help to prevent fatigue symptoms, and to prevent many of the harmful systemic oxidative after-effects." — Ray Peat, "Fatigue, aging, and recuperation" (https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/fatigue-aging-recuperation.shtml)
"Caffeine, like niacin, inhibits apoptosis, protecting against stress-induced cell death, without interfering with normal cell turnover." — Ray Peat, "Caffeine: A vitamin-like nutrient, or adaptogen" (https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/caffeine.shtml)

High doses of niacin can cause a temporary “niacin flush” (reddening, tingling, or warmth of the skin). This is a normal reaction and not an allergic response. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication (especially cholesterol or blood pressure medication), or have a medical condition (especially liver disease, gout, or diabetes). Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the bag is damaged or the seal is broken.
Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Keep tightly closed. Protect from heat.
