Better ZZZ’s was designed to be used in conjunction with a home harmonizer or room harmonizer (which may not be sufficient for a bed on its own). Do not use this product on an adjustable bed, one with a grounding mat, or any other bed that connects to an outlet in any way. Instead, use the Device Chip for such beds. It is recommended to always place one of these products under your mattress, especially when the bed has metal springs or a metal frame.
