Decided to try this, shampoo like many items is getting expensive and had to find, not to mention the toxic ingredients in commercial brands. This bar is lightly scented, long lasting, makes wonderful lather. It cleans well and a vinegar rinse is all I add to the routine.

Just threw out my old soaps and replaced them with this.

It’s so nice to finally find a soap made of high quality ingredients that I can use on my hands and my hair with excellent results.

I love this bar. Use it for hair and body. I'm a 38 year old male and just made the switch ~2 weeks ago. So far, I'm sold and love it. It's nice to have the peace of mind knowing this is natural, PUFA-free, and good for my body. And, it has been very effective for me. Only downside, is that it's "shrinking" quickly, although this is my shampoo and soap all in one, so I'm cool with that. It' lathers really well and only a little is needed, I've been too heavy-handed probably. I have the benefit of chest hair so I use that as my "bath sponge" and can generate enough lather for hair and body. Love the product!
