Each one is policosanol from plant wax, made as a nano-emulsion in Switzerland. The liquid is in spray form. The gel and cream are for the skin.
Liquid: adults, five sprays (1 mL) in the mouth once a day. Shake first.
Gel and cream: for the skin only. A little as needed. Keep it out of your eyes.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Keep tightly closed. Protect from heat, light, and moisture. Reseal the liquid bottle tightly after each use.
