Nano Soma Instructions:
Maintenance Dose: Spray under the tongue 5 sprays once a day. We like to use it in the morning after breakfast. At this dose, bottle will last 30 or more days.
Accelerated Dose:
- First week: 5 sprays once a day
- Second week: 5 sprays four times a day – 1 bottle
- Third & Fourth week: 5 sprays two times a day – 1 bottle
- Move to maintenance dose of 5 sprays once a day
Emergency Protocol (if you have urgent needs):
- 1st Bottle: 5 Sprays under tongue 4 times a day. Bottle will last about a week
- 2nd Bottle: 5 Sprays under tongue 2 times per day. Bottle will last about two weeks
- 3rd Bottle: 5 Sprays under tongue once a day. Bottle will last about a month. Stay on this same dose of 5 sprays once a day for maintenance.
For open wounds or skin issues spray directly on the area at least twice a day. For age spots or facial problems, spray directly to the area twice a day.
