Selenium Instructions
Adults: 10 drops daily with 6-8oz of water. Children 4 and up: 5 drops daily with 4-6oz of water. Do not take on an empty stomach. MUST be diluted. Do not take without water. Shake well before using.
*To use Selenium effectively, it is suggested to begin at a slow pace. Start with a single drop daily and allow ample time for the body and liver to adjust to increased detoxification. After a few days, incorporate an additional drop only after feeling balanced. If any detox symptoms occur, decrease the dosage by cutting in half or reducing by one drop. Repeat this gradual process until reaching the recommended daily intake. It is critical to excrete solid waste regularly to properly expel bile, which carries toxic substances. Consuming soluble fiber is also essential for binding to bile and removing it from the body.
