Using the handheld device approximately 4-6 inches from the skin, we suggest starting low, 10-20 seconds per area treated, three to five times a week. Taking care to watch for feedback and results, and to not overheat the local area. If the desired results are not being found, then slowly work you way up in treatment time until the results you are looking for are met.
