I always have trouble knowing what actually works for me. I have tried many different collagens and couldn’t tell the difference. I have been using this for over a month and one thing I did notice is that my eyelashes are growing. It may not seem like a big deal, but it’s an awesome thing for me. I am def going to continue using this. It has no flavor and mixes well in my shakes. So far it gets a 5! Shipping is so fast from this company as well.
