When we started our journey to find the best Nutritional Yeast Flakes available we had certain criteria that had to be met. First, it had to be organic and non-GMO. Second, it had to be non-fortified. Many of the Nutritional Yeasts are fortified even if they do not mention it. Third, it had to be pure and clean. After a long drawn out search, we have finally met all our criteria.
Our organic Nutritional Yeast is no doubt the best we have tried. It is the cleanest tasting, most energy producing, and we feel it is the elite of the elite when it comes to Nutritional Yeast Flakes. Making it a staple in your diet with a scoop or two a day will work wonders if plugging those nutrient deficiency holes and bringing more energy and vitality back into your life.
From our research and observations we are seeing that nutrient deficiencies are an epidemic. We feel Beriberi (vitamin B1 deficiency) is running rampant in the community disguised as POT’s, MCAS, IBS, IBD, High Blood Pressure, Constipation, Respiratory Issues, and the list goes on and on. After supplementing vitamin B1 a family member reported back that their high blood pressure that was suffered for many years, was all of a sudden normal. This family member was in shock, and could not believe a simple vitamin B1 deficiency could cause this. Another family member was suffering from POT’s. This person could not walk up a flight of steps without their heartbeat beating a thousand miles an hour. After administering vitamin B1 and the co-factors, this family member can now easily climb mountains. None of this is an exaggeration. Supplementing Nutritional Yeast along with Vitamin B1 creates a synergistic effect that stokes the metabolic powerhouse. When taking a single B-Vitamin it is good practice to support it with other B-Vitamins(along with magnesium) and this is where Organic Nutritional Yeast comes in.
